by Diana Bourghol

St. Thomas Armenian Church is indebted to its volunteers, in all capacities. It’s a community effort each year to put together the annual Bazaar, with deliciously prepared foods, items carefully displayed for sale, and much more behind the scenes! As a friendly reminder, we are still accepting goods for the white elephant sale, which is always a popular first stop for many visitors to the bazaar. We are also graciously accepting sponsorship for the Bazaar. Please see the attached flyers, and if you wish to sponsor, kindly follow the instructions to make your donation.

St. Thomas Armenian Church is blessed to have a family of helping hands, experienced and young, ready and willing to prepare for the Annual (Fall) Bazaar and Food Festival! Food certainly brings people together, and the act of eating together is a special time with our loved ones. We thank God for our meals and for the hands that helped created it. The foods we love bring to us good memories and immerse us in our culture and traditions! The St. Thomas Armenian Church Bazaar would not be possible without the help of several selfless, hardworking, and dedicated volunteers behind the scenes. Along with generous donors, St. Thomas Armenian Church is grateful and thankful to all those who give of their own time to help make this event happen annually!

Preparations are well underway for the annual St. Thomas Memorial Day Picnic and Food Festival! These women are an integral part of the backbone of this, and many, great events sponsored by St. Thomas that we enjoy every year. Bring even more of your family and friends, and see how much you’ll enjoy the music, barbecue, desserts, prizes and more under the warmth of the sun on St. Thomas Church’s beautiful grounds. The kids can play on the grass with their friends, get their faces painted, and have some treats while you enjoy a coffee outdoors after a satisfying meal and catch up with your friends too!
