If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to learn about basketball, good sportsmanship, and making friends, then joining one of the St. Thomas basketball teams is the answer. Girls between the ages of 10-18 and boys from 8-18 are eligible to join the practice squads or game teams. Palm Sunday Celebrations

St. Thomas Armenian Apostolic Church has had much reason to celebrate this past Palm Sunday weekend, on the 51st anniversary of its consecration. Taking into consideration the weekend, which began with the ordination of altar servers to acolytes, and all the events of Palm Sunday, there was so much vitality in the church on it’s 51st anniversary! In the words of his Eminence Archbishop Khajag Barsamian, Primate, it was “an inspiring day” where the “legacy of our martyrs is being continued.”

Junior Boys Basketball – 2016 ACSA Champions!

This past Sunday, March 13, marked the end of the ACSA (Armenian Church’s Sports Association) Basketball season in a big way. The team, coached by Douglas and Andrew Martaian, displayed “tremendous determination and hustle” in an “exciting contest” against the formidable rival team from St. Leon. It was an intense match, with the score differential being tight through the end of the game. The St. Thomas team won with a score of 38 vs. 34.
