Members of St. Thomas and Sunday School staff have been busy preparing for the Christmas season! It is with thanks to their efforts that our lobby has been adorned with a beautiful Christmas tree and peaceful nativity display. The Sunday School asks that you please join us Sunday, December 18, right after Soorp Badarak, for the first annual St. Thomas Sunday School Christmas tree lighting ceremony! As part of the ceremony, Fr. Papken will also bless the children. Celebrations will continue as the students sing joyful Armenian Christmas carols.
Every year, members of the St. Thomas ACYOA Juniors volunteer to set-up a beautiful nativity scene on the church grounds for everyone to see and enjoy. Shant Amerkanian, Mathew Bourghol, Victoria Bourghol, and Cindy Mutafoglu assembled the nativity on Saturday, December 3rd. Wishing everyone a blessed Christmas season!
